Booking confirmation: Booking is confirmed after full payment. No-show: In case of booking and no-show without prior notice, the booking is considered canceled and the amount cannot be refunded, due to preparing the meals in advance and bearing their costs. Cancellation and refund policy: When notified 12 hours or more before the Iftar time: the customer has the right to a full refund.
